Dual-Track Communalism’s

Namesake comes from its functions. The two tracks represent the relationship between the Tribes and government; the Tribes provide the government with manpower, labor, and food.

The government provides the people with protection from foreign influences and managing the complexities of the modern day. One cannot function without the other party. If the people do not like the government and come to a common consensus, they can stop sending labourers and food, in essence, starving the government.

Core Philosophy

Dual-Track Communalism is built on the belief that unregulated dependencies and technologies create artificial needs rather than natural ones such as food, water, and social connection. We are slaves to a supply chain we do not control. The structure functions through two distinct layers. The Tribes and National Representative Community (NRC).

Tribe makeup:

The tribes consist of 150 (or less) people, aligning with Dunbar’s number written by Robin Dunbar, an anthropologist and evolutionary psychologist, being the theoretical limit in which Humans can maintain stable and meaningful social relations. Tribes are built around their own industry such as a more nomadic or semipermanent lifestyle in

agriculture or otherwise. Each tribe would have their own customs, traditions, and way of life. They manage their own justice, internal affairs, etc. they would have one leader who could be voted in or out of power at any time if the Tribe comes to a consensus.  I will go further in depth on the hierarchy of representation in the chapter “Governance & Hierarchy.”

 National Representative Community Makeup:

It is important to note that the National Representative Community is a representative body, designed to represent the State and its inhabitants. The NRC would have one National Representative, as a main figurehead. The National Representative Community would handle foreign affairs, state defense, and production purely for export or similar governmental needs such as defense. Due to it being representative, any tribe could assume a NRC title given a consensus from Regional

Representatives—who will be explained in more detail in the chapter “Governance & Hierarchy”. The NRC could muster men from Tribes to work in factories or in the armed services, but this is up to the men and the tribes, not an obligation.

7

Governance & Hierarchy

The hierarchical system is composed of three main layers: Tribe Representatives (TR), Regional Representatives (RR), and National Representative Community Representatives (NRCR).

Tribe Representatives:

These individuals are chosen by the tribe if they meet their Tribe’s needs, and wants.  They would represent the tribe.

8

Regional Representatives:

Regional Representatives would be chosen by the TR’s (who would also receive feedback from their tribes on this decision), to represent the entire region and its inhabitants. They would act as an advisory body for the NRCR.

National Representative Community Representative:

NRCR’s would be chosen by a consensus from RR’s. This individual would manage foreign affairs, armed services, production, etc. this individual would represent the entire state and its inhabitants on a national level.

Cycle of Hierarchy:

TR’s are chosen by the tribe if they prove a competent and trustworthy leader. If a TR does not meet these criteria, they can be voted out at any time via a consensus from the tribe.

                                   9

RR’s are chosen from TR’s via a consensus from all TR’s or already existing RR’s. To be chosen, they would show competency and understanding as a TR and leader.

An NRCR is chosen from RR’s from a consensus from RR’s (who would receive feedback from TR’s on this choice to elect a new NRCR). They would have to show understanding, competence, and likely be in that position for an extended period of time for being considered for election, if a new NRCR is needed.

RR’s are chosen from pre existing TR’s after showing competence and understanding as a TR. they would be chosen by pre existing RR’s or by Tribe’s consensus  if no RR’s are present or if they do not wish to choose for one reason or another.

10

TR’s are chosen from a Tribe member, via a consensus from Tribe. They would lead the tribe. They will likely have to display competence and likely be an older member with more experience with the tribe and its functions.

These individuals in places of power could be taken in and out of power at any time.

Extra Notes:

This wasn’t written with the intent to be “set in stone” rules that the readers and those who take action are obligated to follow; they are basic guidelines to help explain how such a society would function. Certain Ideals can be modified to fit certain needs or conditions of different climates, but I beg of you to stick to the basics; Food, Water, and Social Connection.

I would recommend checking out my first book ‘Ramsey Ideals’ for further insight into my Ideals.

I’d recommend looking at real life examples of this model such as the Ojibwa, Navajo, Flathead, or similar societies for a historical example.

Labour would only be done out of a liking for the state, as previously stated, labour is not an obligation. You don’t have to go to a war that is actively immoral, or build machines for a country that hates you.

In my opinion, these ideals are the only ways to return to human sanity.

To avoid a power vacuum when a NRCR is taken out of power, a RR would be chosen as the new NRCR within the minute, as they would have the same knowledge possibly advising the NRCR for multiple years allowing them to quickly take power and ensure stability in a short amount of time, though this scenario is unlikely. If a NRCR has made it to possibly over multiple years, they have  displayed loyalty, competence, and understanding to their Tribe, region, and state.
